Armthorpe Academy was proud to announce an exciting partnership with Sheffield United and Premier League footballer, Ben Osborn, to host a special workshop aimed at inspiring students and promoting healthy living.

This one-of-a-kind event featured a one-hour fitness session that got students moving and active, followed by a one-hour football skills session where they could learn from the best. To educate and empower, there was also a classroom session on the importance of sleep and nutrition in athletic performance. The day culminated with a Q&A session, allowing students to engage with Ben Osborn, gaining insights into his journey in professional football.

Our Year 7 and Year 8 students loved the sessions and found them extremely valuable therefore, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ben Osborn for his invaluable contributions to our students, making the sessions a memorable and impactful experience.
