Ski Trip 2025 Information Evening

Dear Parent/Carer

I am writing to invite you to the Ski Trip 2025 information evening on the Tuesday 15th October 2024. The evening will run from 5.00pm to approximately 5.30pm. The information evening will be held in the canteen, please come through reception and sign in at the desk before finding a seat.

Attendance at this event is hugely important as a lot of key information will be shared with yourselves. Please can you bring a pen along with you to allow you to complete medical/consent forms as well as make any notes required.

At the evening, we are requesting for you to hand in your child's passport and EHIC card. These will be kept in the school safe prior to the trip. If you have any holidays planned before then please feel free to keep them and hand them at the earliest opportunity.
