Dear Parent/Carer,

Please be aware that I have made the decision to cancel enrolment day for this year and for every year moving forward. I don't feel that the disruption to parent and staff schedules warrants a 10min appointment slot, particularly for those parents who are hearing the same message 4 or 5 years in a row.

Tuesday 3rd September is now a designated planning day for staff so students are not required in school until school opens at 8am on Wednesday 4th September, this is a normal school day.

As a stop gap this year there is still an opportunity to meet with a Head of Year if you still desire a meeting or if you have already booked time off, appointments can be booked directly with them via the contact details below:

The relevant Head of Year will be in touch to confirm the meeting request, this may not be until the 2nd September due to their contracted hours.

Also, if you have already been in contact with a member of staff about a meeting, please continue to communicate with them about this meeting.

I will be sending out further communication which includes an electronic copy of our induction booklet, your child will also get a hard copy on their 1st day where they will have a 90minute extended form time where all key info will be shared with them.
