Armthorpe Academy takes Year 11 students to the Opportunities Live event at Doncaster Wildlife Park
The largest careers fair in South Yorkshire, Opportunities Doncaster Live connects businesses with young learners from across the borough!
On Thursday the 6th of March, we took around 50 of our Year 11's to the Opportunities Live visit at Doncaster Wildlife Park!
This event provides an opportunity for young people to explore local job prospects in Doncaster and encourages them to consider their career aspirations that are available right here on our doorstep.
Opportunities Doncaster Live takes the form of an exhibition where employers can set up interactive stands to showcase various career pathways to the future workforce. This event aims to represent a diverse range of sectors, including hospitality, leisure and tourism, finance, the arts, technology, engineering, and manufacturing, ensuring that everyone is included.
This is a fantastic opportunity to highlight the incredible job prospects available in South Yorkshire and inspire the workforce of tomorrow to be excited about their future!
