During the Year 9 option process, students choose their curriculum for Key Stage 4. This involves a detailed and thorough process which includes an introduction assembly to Key Stage 4, a 1:1 meeting with SLT to ascertain option choices and a working together event with subject leaders to gain more information about each subject on offer. Once the students' options have been confirmed, they will receive a letter before summer which indicates what their curriculum offer will be for them when they move into Key Stage 4 studies.
